Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) - Financial assistance programs provided for by the Illinois Department of Human Services' (IDHS)
Parenting Support Classes - Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago supports at-risk parents by ensuring they have access to evidence-based education and parenting resources.
Housing Support - The City of Chicago offers “Rapid Re-housing” which is an intervention designed to help individuals and families that don't need intensive and ongoing supports to quickly exit homelessness and return to permanent housing.
English Language Classes - City Colleges of Chicago offers free English classes to Illinois residents who are non-native English speakers. English as a Second Language (ESL) courses range from providing basic language and life skills for complete beginners to helping advanced students refine their English in preparation for higher education, vocational training, or a career.

Domestic Violence Support - The City of Chicago runs the Office on Domestic Violence, which operates the City of Chicago Domestic Violence HelpLine.
Connections for Abused Women & Their Children (CAWC) - This organization provides immediate safety and builds long-term solutions to abuse. Using a self-help, empowerment approach, they provide a shelter for adults and children, counseling, advocacy, and a 24-hour hotline for people affected by domestic violence.
